I love these words! I’ll repeat them for your benefit!

Screw It! Let’s Do It!

Richard Branson – my idol, says these words. They are amazing! They fill you with energy. They zap the negativity immediately.

Those words form my motto in life. I use it because then, I don’t have to take decisions. I think its about taking calculated risks. You first think about the worst that can happen to you. You then think if you can survive if the worst really happens. If yes, you have to say ‘Screw It! Let’s Do It!’. It makes life damn simple.

Probably, that’s what exactly I had said to myself when I performed on the stage for the first time. I feared standing in front of people. Standing in front of 1000s of people was the last thing I wanted to do on earth. The thought of people with their heads turned at my like sunflowers would put me down. But I had to overcome my stupid fear anyhow. I told myself – Screw It! Let’s Do It! I no longer have stage fear.

The best thing about the above message is that it actually gets you started. It leaves no space for lame excuses. Few people do not understand the message correctly. Someone said to me, “If you are going to screw it anyway, why do you want to do it?”. Its not about screwing up the things. Its about having a confidence that even if things get screwed, it doesn’t matter!

Its a great message for all of my superblog readers who always wanted to do something but are still waiting for that golden moment when they will get started. Have “Screw It, Do It” attitude in yourself and believe me, your life will change for better.

So…

Screw It, Let’s Do It!

-The Big K-

Hi Nice post. I had the similar question for long time until i came across this website
which logically/systematically argued to prove that the universe has NO purpose in it.
Read it when you get a chance and you will be glad you did. ( I enjoyed the reading).

It is nothing shattering except that it gives a greater perpsective for the meaning of life in general.

    Enjoy
