The problem of too many useful mails

Right now, I’m done with hopelessly looking at my Outlook (MS Outlook, I mean). I don’t know how to solve this problem of too many useful emails.

When I installed Outlook on my laptop, I created all the folders, tags, filters etc., but looks likes the quantity of mails has exceeded limits. I can’t delete the mails – because I might need them in future. So I take backup of the PSTs. It slows down my Outlook as well.

Any ides on how to solve the problem of too many useful mails?
