Scope of improvement in Indian Rail

Right now, I’m horizontal on the upper birth of Indian Rail and about to cross the midnight. I never thought I’d ever write a posti in such a situation. But after watching IBN7 reporters today on TV I think ‘duty’ comes first.

I sincerely believe Indian Rails can be improved. I can’t write more because I’m about to get disconnected.
