What are my chances of getting married?

I’ve already realized that the biggest mistake of my life is that I do not have a girlfriend. On 26 November 2008, I turned 27. I’m a budding entrepreneur who earns enough to pay the bills and going to make it big.

Good Things About Me:

1. Good human being.

2. Good sense of humor (don’t you know by now?)

3. Can play guitar and sing.

4. Look better than 50 % of the people in any group at any time.

5. I do not smoke/consume alcohol (except the minute quantities present in cough syrup).

Bad Things About Me:

None in particular.

Question: What are my chances of finding a nice (&beautiful) girl who will want to marry me?

lol.. almost 9/10.. save the 1 for the girl who would go for a better lookin guy! πŸ˜›
and then out of the 9.. chances are that only 1 will meet ur criterias..
    * sigh * its a big bad world! πŸ˜€
keep faith.. as SRK says ‘kahin na kahin, koi na koi tumhare liye bhi bana hai..’

Taking all constraints into consideration and using the marriage formula…the probability of your marriage comes out to be 1 / 999999999999999999999999999999999…;-)

@rh3a – yes, there is someone; but the chances of me finding her or her finding me diminish as the time progresses.
@ Prateek: Don’t get mathy on me.

hmm.. well if you are searching for nice (&beautifull) girl. then the chances are low as only 2/10 girls satisfy that criteria [:(]. but if u want to have a girl who will never look for ur money!! but will allways love the person within you!! you have to wait!! as “bhagwaan ke ghar der hain andher nahin” .. and yes keep trying (” Try and fail but dont fail to Try “)

@ Vipul : Are you saying 8/10 girls are not nice (&beautiful)? 😯

    … πŸ™

By the way, I do not want 1000 girls to match the criteria. I only want some-ONE to match the criteria and find me [ yo! ]

Biggie … worry naught .. heres a structured approach to your problem πŸ™‚ … sorry was offline for a long time … settling bk in mumbai was a tuffie .. but all said and done … its almost done (fingers crossed) .. so coming back to your gf, heres what we do πŸ™‚

    1. outline all the parameters you need in your gf
    2. give them appropriate weightage and prioritize them
    3. circulate these amongst your close friends (if you are racing against some unknown deadline, then give it to all your aunties and grandmas … their networking power is unbelievable)
    4. sit back, take a nice lemonade and relax … theyll come reeling in
    5. those that match the criteria can be met with and … the more you know about them the better

So in short, you need to get out more man … πŸ™‚

And if you expect a girl to find you … then buddy, India might be a progressing country, but it sure is not a progressive one .. with all due respect to the girls of India … but they still prefer to be asked instead of the other way round

I am not being an MCP, just a realist πŸ™‚

I didn’t know you were a romantic at heart. And as Kida said, give the details to your aunts, grandmas, greatgrands….etc. In two days they will have a list of girls as long as the Patronus Towers combined. Then you can select them at ease. If you are not into arranged marriage, then I would suggest you start going out more. Leave the CE work for a few days. Everyone is eligible to a vacation. We will be able to manage, don’t worry. Spend that free time, hanging around. Try to get friendly with more people and increase your social group even further.

Getting married? No problem if you are a single male with a job in India…

I think you are asking if you could find a “girlfriend”” in your single life!!!

BUT since you have used the word “married” in the question – and set up expectation of your “NEK” intentions to the world – beware that you may end up with matrimony and domesticity while all you wanted was someone to hold you at nights…

    Samjhe kya?

Can’t believe it you actually posted something so stupid like this (and the punch line of your blog is go away demon of stupidity!!!). What is it with you K?

Oops! I get it, it’s your blog and you decide what you want to write & post… can please ask one question why 1 out every few post is in some way or other related to marriage???

PS: if you would have posted this on a matrimony website it would have probably generated results desired by you.
