An entrepreneur stayed awake writing personalized emails to potential clients located far far away. Every email was hand-crafted and took lot of time to compose. At about 2.10 in the morning, he sent his 9th email. He pressed ‘Send/Receive’ button in Outlook before hitting the sack.

All nine potentical clients had replied with a polite ‘no’.

Is this becoming a story of every entrepreneurs life.. Two of my frenz are facing the same situation. That’s why I am happy being an employee at least I don’t have loose my sleep over getting business and paying salaries!… But hats off to these guys who are working hard to get the business rolling. Hang in their guys, your hard work will pay off and I hope it does sooner than later…

Who the hell is this entrepreneur? Good enough to be named? As Gawran Pundit said, I’m extending it. Every ting is easy and good if you enjoy it. But you should be able to go one step farther. Writing the 10th mail and getting a positive reply might have done the trick.

Let’s not judge the Big K here guys. I enjoyed the post as an ultra-small story – what we call laghukatha in Hindi (the English short story is long, comparable to normal stories in Hindi).
