Mail I received today -

Dear sir , i`m doing my B.E first year(mech) in <snipped> college of engineering and technology,<snipped>. As basically i`m a tamil medium student, i`m not able to understand or to write many sentences in English. Also,due to these like reasons,i`m missing many oppotunities like speeches,conferences, presentations,lectures etc… Can you give me some advices about these things.(you can check myself from these mail). pls do reply sir. i`m waiting for that……………thanking you……….

As you can clearly figure out, this man’s English is better than your project’s team lead . I’ve already sent a long response to this fella. I hope he’ll find it useful.
