Reliance computers take about 3 days to update records for a bill paid through their online payment system which is down most of the times. I’m a user of Reliance NetConnect since almost 1.5 years and haven’t been quite happy with the overall quality of service. Today, I got a mail from the Reliance folks [3 days after paying the bill] that I haven’t paid the bill. I checked my online bill payment history on THEIR site and the bill status is ‘paid’. So I replied back saying I’ve already paid the bill and it reflects in their online payment system. Here’s what I received in my mailbox –

This leads to following conclusions –
- Reliance, although it owns a data center, does not allow huge mailboxes for customer care departments.
- The quality of Reliance service is SO BAD that no matter how big their mailbox is, it’s always flooded with user complaints.
I hope Reliance will upgrade its mailboxes soon.
