I bet you have heard his name on Television Channels. Madhu Koda, Jharkhand ex-Chief Minister, the mastermind behind multi-thousand crore rupee scam was in the news few days ago.
I guess Mr. Koda has already managed his way out of the legal systems in India. Afterall, he was involved in a big scam. And those who are involved in Big Scams in India, seldom get punished.
