NASSCOM chief has recently said that Indian IT industry will create over 1.5 lakh jobs this year [Correct me if I'm wrong]. That’s a good news for the jobseekers. But I’m thinking, when people are recruited at mass level, things run fine for three – four years before the company starts thinking that they made a mistake by hiring so many people.
Maybe we are just preparing ourselves for the next recession.
