Pyra Labs, setup by Evan Williams (who founded twitter) in this little place and you can see how a small team of engineers working hard to make something new. I wonder how many of Indian engineers are doing such thing (read, making something new).

This is the difference. When you write some thing different and some thing good, no one bothers.
That is why Indian Engineers can not come up with any thing good. Sigh!
Who bothers when you get a job in third/final year of engineering.
