Dear HDFC Bank,
I love you for your services and the ‘preferred customer’ status that you’ve given to me. I proudly use your credit card for all my online transactions and I thank you for upping my credit limit. One of your representatives called few days ago and offered me a ‘cash loan’ based on my credit card transactions. Out of curiosity, I asked for the details through email and I’ve been waiting for the email to arrive since then.
The representative has called me about 3 times already and every time I’ve informed that unless I study the plan, I won’t opt for it. The representative has confirmed that mail has been delivered but I see it neither in inbox, nor in spam/bulk mail folder. I wonder how much time HDFC bank needs to send a simple mail. Oh by the way, I do receive your offers without fail.
