Resolutions made, resolutions broken. It happens every year to you. I know many of you must have made new year resolutions which you’ll break by next Sunday. I’m starting new year by making all superblog readers extremely productive by sharing a secret tip that actually works. My tip will not only make you super-productive at work and bring lot of success and discipline to your life but also make you immensely successful in your personal life as well. Ignore it and watch other superblog readers have an advantage. Don’t be left behind.

Improve Productivity

Be Super Productive

So here’s the master secret tip to grand success and greater productivity in life – Use Pen & Paper. Period.

What I am telling you to do is, develop a habit to write down your daily tasks, things you want to achieve, things you dream of on a paper. Note that I did not say ‘type’. In an era of digital world, that might be a hard thing to do. I personally found it very difficult as I think ‘Verdana’ looks far better than my own handwriting and its easier for me to type than write. I started ‘typing’ stuff in Outlook Task Manager and my Smartphone -but it never did that magic. I started writing down stuff and it got me great results.

Just do it! Give it a try! There’s something super-natural associated with what you write on piece of paper. I’ve started maintaining a diary and writing my to-do list every day. I put a check mark on tasks completed and carry over the pending tasks to the next day. Guess what? My productivity has shot up and I some extra-terrestrial force has pushed me to do all the tasks in very short time. I don’t know how it’s happened, but it has. I am 100% sure that it will help you too.

Today’s a great day to start. Buy yourself a notebook and a Reynolds Trimax Gel Pen. Start writing your to-do list, your wish list and develop a habit to keep watch on it.

Don’t forget to share your experience with me through comments.

Actually a few days back I bought a white board and sketch pen and have started jotting to-do things on it. It works! The idea of writing down things I dream & want to achieve on paper sounds great… I must do it.

ooo.. new blog theme? or maybe I haven’t been here in a while =P

Pen and paper might work for others, but funnily enough I’ve resorted to using Excel to list down my tasks and objectives ,since the former didn’t work for me after years of jotting things down 😉

I think its a matter of habitual change that motivates you to be productive?

…it might work better for you if you print those excel sheets. Try it. :p

I have already tried that and of course it works. If you list some task for a day you can be sure you’ll complete at least 50% of them. By the way I always prefer my mobile phone over diary.
