Identifying people with low self-esteem is an easy task. Of course if you are a body language expert, it’s a cakewalk for you. Not that this information can be incredibly helpful, but it can surely help you form an overall picture of the person you’re supposed to meet or talk to for various reasons. Today, I’m going to tell you a trick that you can use to identify whether a person has low self esteem just by reading their email. It’s not a rocket science.

You don’t even have to read their email! Just look at your email account’s inbox and check the right-hand-column where sender’s names are listed. Now look for the names that are written in small letters. For example: manmohan singh, instead of Manmohan Singh. If you’re lucky, you’ll find several people who’ve written their names without making the first letters of their names capital.

Through observation over the years, I’ve found that people who don’t write their own name properly (with proper capital letters) are the ones with low self esteem. Email is just one way to identify, you can of course look at various locations – including email signatures.

You may even check the way you write your own name and find out whether you’ve low self-esteem.
