SEO enthusiasts write to me regularly to ask for having back-links from this blog to their’s or their client’s websites. The gameplan is to have a backlink from this domain, which is PR5 to their own domain so that it can influence their page rank. There are *solid* reasons!
First, I don’t want to link to any website for the heck of it. Second, it’s not allowed by the search engine monopoly called ‘Google’. You can’t setup paid links that will influence page ranks. Google absolutely hates it and this activity has taken down several link-scam websites in the past. Google’s pushing out a special algorithm called ‘Penguin’ which makes sure that those who engage in paid link-building go down in searches.
Do not email me and if you receive an email from me saying ‘no’, that means your continuously increasing ‘money offer’ will be rejected. If you can’t think of anything else to influence your pagerank, just quit the damned SEO business.
It’s as simple as that!
